Jewish Federation of the Sacramento Region Programs and Events

In a effort to serve and connect the more than 25,000 Jews of the eight-county Sacramento region, the Federation offers the following programs to CBH partners:

Caregivers' Support Group at CBH: spouses, family members and friends who are acting as caregivers for a loved one are welcome to join the Wednesday morning session. Room location and meeting schedules provided upon RSVP (see below).

The group provides a warm environment in which participants receive support and strategies to address the unique needs and stresses of care giving.  Facilitated by CBH Partner Jane Zeiger, LCSW.  $60 for the series; drop-ins are welcome at $10 per session with advance notice.  For more information, or to RSVP, contact Jewish Family Service Community Social Worker Rebecca Ray at 916-205-0688.
